How to Request service:

To book an appointment please request a quote. With the same email please login into the client portal. We will do all communication in the client portal once the Request for Quote is sent.

Please review the video on how to use the Client Hub video All booking fees include cleaning supplies, labor and subject to state tax where the services are being provided.

Deposits:

Residential cleaning and professional organizing appointments:
The deposit is 50% of the total fee. If a deposit is not paid there will be no appointment scheduled.

Commercial cleaning appointments will be subject to a contract to be signed prior to booking. Payment will be required upon receipt or by the designated time on the contract.

Quotes/Estimates:

Quotes and estimates will be giving after our preliminary questions are answered. We prefer to do an in-person or virtual consultation to better assist your needs.

Walkthroughs:

Walkthroughs are mandatory after services are rendered. If any corrections are needed it will be done after the walkthrough is completed based on the services that were selected during the time of booking. After the walkthrough is completed payment will be required.

Cancellation policy:

We require a minimum of one (1) business day cancellation notice! If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please call us immediately.

Refund policy:

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to our customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our services. If you are not happy with our cleaning performance, please let us know after the cleaning walkthrough is completed. While onsite we will fix the oversight based on the services that were purchased. No refunds, no exceptions.
